EDOYR welcomes Natalie George, certified yoga instructor and psychotherapist! The Yoga Program will start for 6 Thursdays on August 8th, 6:15-7:15 p.m. at our central office in Aurora. For details and Natalie’s bio, as well as to complete your registration, visit

Yoga with EDOYR is a fun and supportive Hatha Yoga practice. Hatha refers to the physical practice of yoga and includes various stretches, holding postures, and a focus on the breath. Yoga is an opportunity to learn about yourself and your body in a way that is pleasurable and positive. The practice of yoga can offer deep insights in to the self, and the way we interact with ourselves and our bodies. That being said, this can also be a playful practice where participants may feel free to try new things, smile, and laugh together. The physical practice of yoga teaches us to care for our bodies in ways that help to reduce stress and increase distress tolerance. By learning to stay still and breathe through a posture, we can learn to breathe through discomfort and release tension in other areas of life.
