Walking an Infinity Loop

An “infinity loop” was unveiled, last week, in Dufferin Grove Park in Toronto by the family of Jenna Morrison.  This infinity loop is meant to be walked barefoot, with the stones of the walkway massaging the feet of the participant. Based on reflexology, the idea is that the nerve endings of the feet will stimulate organ functioning and increase wellness as you traverse this pathway.

Much like a labyrinth, this infinity loop facilitates mindfulness. Paying attention to the feeling of each stone as you walk across them, the participant  shifts their mind to the present and can bring you more in tune with your body.
